Online orders (under £200 excluding Vat) - £12.00*
Orders to Scottish highlands / Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Wight - £15.00*
*Please note: the above costs are for orders placed/delivered within the UK only. For International Delivery, all export orders will be charged at the rate of carriage when the product order is placed.
Returns Policy
Items must be returned with 30 days from the date of delivery, with all its original packaging and labelling. Please ensure you enclose a copy of your Delivery Note in the package so we know who is returning the items. A collection fee will be charged, unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item is delivered.
Should items be defective, or should your order be incorrect (i.e. due to a picking error), you have seven days to notify us.
Please note that Bespoke Products cannot be returned unless they defective.
